Sopranos Montserrat Martí Caballé and Bianca Tognocchi will offer a Christmas concert at the Joaquín Rodrigo Auditorium in Las Rozas on December 19, accompanied by the Madrid Symphony Orchestra Décimo Arte.
The Joaquín Rodrigo Auditorium in Las Rozas, Madrid will host the Christmas Gala on December 19 at 8:00 PM, a concert featuring sopranos Montserrat Martí Caballé and Bianca Tognocchi, accompanied by the Madrid Symphony Orchestra Décimo Arte under the direction of Alberto García López.
The programme will include waltzes, dances, and excerpts from operas by composers such as Tchaikovsky, Strauss, Puccini, Lara, and Rossini. Montserrat Martí, daughter of the legendary Montserrat Caballé, has performed in theatres such as the Liceu, the Teatro Real, the Deutsche Oper in Berlin, and the Bolshoi Theatre; Bianca Tognocchi is a member of the soloists' ensemble of the Frankfurt Opera.
Tickets will cost €20, with a discount of €14 for those under 16 and over 65. Advance sales will begin on September 9 through Tu Butaca, and general sales will open on September 16.
The concert, with an estimated duration of one and a half hours, is recommended for audiences aged 16 and over.
