The Animal Protection department of Nuevo Baztán is organising the third pet meeting at the Municipal Pool, with a donation entry and mandatory health rules.
The Municipal Pool of Nuevo Baztán will host the third pet meeting 'Al Agua Patas' next Sunday, 6th September, a day organised by the Animal Protection department in collaboration with the Sports area, which will prepare the facility for the event.
The activity, which will take place between 11:00 and 18:00, will allow residents to enjoy a day of interaction with their dogs in the water. However, access to the venue will be subject to a series of mandatory rules aimed at ensuring the safety and well-being of all attendees.
According to the Town Hall, all dogs must present their Health Card at the entrance, where the presence of a microchip will also be checked, along with up-to-date vaccinations and the animal's good health. Those who do not meet these requirements will not be allowed entry.
Each adult may enter with a maximum of two dogs and will be responsible for their pet's behaviour, as well as for cleaning up after them and any damage they may cause. The council reminds that failure to comply with these rules may result in expulsion from the venue.
To participate, a donation entry of 5 euros per adult and pet will be required, plus 3 euros for each additional companion. Children under 8 years old enter for free. All payments and document verification will be carried out on the same day at the Municipal Sports Centre ticket office.
The event, which has already become a much-anticipated occasion for pet owners in the municipality, aims to promote animal companionship and enjoyment of summer in the company of dogs. The department invites all residents to join this 'Water Party' with their 'furry family'.
