Rivas-Vaciamadrid's Halloween party has been moved to Friday 6 November due to the official mourning declared after the railway tragedy in Urda.
The Rivas-Vaciamadrid City Council has decided to postpone the Halloween party to Friday 6 November, which was originally scheduled for Saturday 31 October. The decision is in response to the three days of official mourning declared by the Government of Spain following the railway tragedy that occurred yesterday on the AVE Madrid-Andalucía line, near the town of Urda in Toledo.
The party will maintain the same timings, location, and conditions. Tickets already purchased will remain valid for the new date, and those who cannot attend can request a refund until Tuesday 3 November. The City Council has already communicated the change to ticket buyers.
Those who keep their ticket will receive an email next week with the necessary information to access the venue. The event is organised by the Department of Education, Childhood and Youth in the tent set up inside the auditorium Miguel Ríos, which has a capacity for 5,000 people.
The party is divided into two segments. For boys and girls up to 15 years old, the time is from 19:00 to 22:30 and no alcoholic beverages will be served. For people aged 16 and over, the time is from 23:00 to 2:30, and alcohol will only be served to those over 18. Wristbands will be differentiated by age, and those aged 16 or 17 will need to present authorization to enter.
Music will be provided by Rivas Sound, from the audiovisual producers association Espacio 4FM, and there will be makeup workshops and a photocall. The ticket price remains at 3 euros, available for purchase at entradas.rivasciudad.es and on the Giglon platform.
