The Jacinto Benavente Theatre in Galapagar resumes its programming after the summer with three shows between September and October. Tickets, starting from 6 euros, are already on sale in the eAgora app.
The Jacinto Benavente Theatre in Galapagar reopens its doors after the summer break and the Patron Saint Festivities. It will do so with three scheduled performances between late September and early October: family circus, a bolero concert, and a children's musical.
The first performance will be on Saturday, September 26 at 19:00. It is ‘Eirenê, under the sky tent’, a circus production for all audiences. Tickets cost 6 euros.
On Saturday, October 3 at 19:00, ‘Siempre un Bolero’ will take the stage, a concert by Pepa Chacón that revisits classic melodies of the genre. The artist will be accompanied on piano by Alfred Herváis, along with Mariachi Méxicolombia and the voices of Candela, María Gracia, and Fran Llorens. The presentation will be led by journalists Ana Samboal and José Manuel Parada. The show lasts about 75 minutes and is recommended for ages 12 and up. Tickets cost 10 euros.
On Friday, October 9 at 19:00, the absolute premiere of ‘Alice in Wonderland. The Musical’, by Candileja Producciones, will take place. The play reinterprets the classic by Lewis Carroll through the eyes of a girl with autism who travels to her own Wonderland. With music and humour, the production addresses diversity and different ways of perceiving the world. It lasts approximately 60 minutes, is for family audiences, and costs 8 euros.
Tickets for the three performances can be purchased through the eAgora app.
