The Villalbilla Town Council has opened the registration period for the new season of the cultural activities programme "Te apunt@s". The first outing will take place before September 22, 2026.
The Town Council of Villalbilla has launched the new season of the cultural activities programme "Te apunt@s", aimed at all audiences. The registration period for the first outing will be open until September 22, 2026, as announced by the council.
Activities will be carried out as long as a minimum of 20 registered participants is reached at least 10 days before the scheduled date. Places will be allocated in strict order of registration, and payment will be made at the time of allocation. Prices are calculated for a group of 52 people; if the group is smaller, the cost may be higher.
For activities taking place outside of Villalbilla and Alcalá de Henares, the town council will provide free bus transport for 52 residents of the municipality. Each resident may bring one non-resident companion, provided they do not already have another registered companion.
The registration process is carried out through the form available for each activity. After receiving the confirmation email, interested parties must deposit the amount into the indicated bank account and send the receipt as a response to the email. Once the proof of payment is received, the places are definitively allocated.
If all places are filled, a waiting list will be opened to cover any possible cancellations. Amounts will be refunded with new registrations as long as the cancellation is communicated in time to manage the substitution.
To receive notifications of new activities via WhatsApp or email, interested parties can fill out and sign the communication authorization with the town council and submit it to the council office.
