PROJECT FOR THE ALLOCATION OF SOCIAL ASSETS
a) The balance of the Fund for education and promotion of cooperativism, amounting to 75.00 euros, will be delivered to the Federation of Housing and Rehabilitation Cooperatives of the Community of Madrid.
b) The amount corresponding to the distributable share capital, amounting to 27,905.58 €, will be refunded to the active members proportionally to their participation in the promotion, without any economic adjustment, as a liquidation fee.
