The City Council of San Fernando de Henares has opened an extraordinary period for registering for extracurricular activities for the 2026/27 academic year. Families will be able to register online from August 24 to September 18.
Families in San Fernando de Henares who have not yet enrolled their children in extracurricular activities for the upcoming academic year have a second chance. The Department of Education has announced an extraordinary registration period that will extend over the coming weeks.
In collaboration with the company SPS (Servicios Profesionales Sociales) S.A., the council has established two different windows depending on the programme. For Funny School and Cole Abierto, which start in September, the registration period will be from August 24 to September 1, 2026. For the rest of the Extracurricular Workshops, which begin in October, registrations can be formalised from September 1 to 18, 2026.
The entire process will be online, through the SPS website (spsociales.com) or by scanning the enabled QR code. Once the registration is completed, families must pay the fee and send the proof of payment, along with the identification code, to the email extraescolaressanfernando@spsociales.com before the indicated deadlines.
The department reminds that, during the rest of the academic year, any management (registrations, modifications, or cancellations) must be requested before the 20th of the previous month for the service needed.
