The Barrio del Puerto in Coslada will host its fourth trade and craft fair on Saturday, October 3rd, featuring 29 establishments, 12 producer stalls, and 21 artisan stalls. The day will include workshops, inflatables, human table football, and 700 tapas of paella.
The Councillor for Economy, Employment and Commerce of the Coslada City Council, Fernando Romero, presented the fourth edition of the Barrio del Puerto Fair at a press conference on Friday, which will take place on Saturday, October 3rd under the slogan Anchor Yourself to the Neighbourhood. The aim, according to the council, is to energise the social and economic life of the area and support local commerce.
This edition will feature 29 establishments. In addition, there will be a producer market with 12 stalls and a craft market with another 21 stalls, according to data provided by the City Council.
The programme includes children's workshops, a play area with inflatable castles, and other novelties. Among them is musical entertainment provided by DJs who are students from IES Antonio Gaudí and the distribution of 700 tapas of paella.
The Coslada Sports Club will set up a human table football. In the afternoon, the group Malavara will perform. The day will also feature a zumba masterclass and performances by a magician and the clown Totó.
The Barrio del Puerto Fair is an example of the City Council's commitment to small businesses and neighbourhood life. It is an event where residents will find not only quality products and services but also a space to share with associations and merchants
Councillor Fernando Romero attributed this dual commercial and community character to the event during the presentation to the media.
The fair will take place in the Barrio del Puerto of Coslada throughout the day on Saturday, October 3rd. Entry is free and activities are open to residents and visitors.
