From September 11 to 15, Manzanares el Real will celebrate the festival of Cristo de La Nave with activities for all ages, from inflatables and tournaments to a procession and fireworks.
Manzanares el Real will celebrate from September 11 to 15 the 2026 Cristo de La Nave festival, featuring a programme that combines children's, sports, cultural, and religious activities. Most events will take place in the Urban Centre and the Town Square.
The festivities will kick off on Friday, the 11th, at 17:00 hours with inflatables in the Urban Centre. On Saturday, the 12th, activities will start at 09:00 hours with the traditional Petanque Tournament at the municipal court, and at 18:00 hours, the Town Square will host MagicParty, a magic show aimed at children.
On Sunday, the 13th, at 19:00 hours, the Town Square will be the stage for an itinerant folklore proposal that will bring popular music to the town centre.
Monday, the 14th, the main day, will begin at 12:00 hours with the Solemn Mass at the Church of Our Lady of the Snows. At 12:45 hours, the traditional procession will depart accompanied by the Music Band through the Urban Centre. At 14:00 hours, a traditional appetizer will be served in the Town Square.
In the afternoon, at 18:30 hours, the Cultural Association will inaugurate the exhibition “Old Photos of Manzanares El Real” at the Prado Puente Fence, showcasing historical images of the municipality. At 19:00 hours, there will be an afternoon event with a DJ and entertainment in the Town Square, and the day will conclude at 22:00 hours with a fireworks display from the Old Castle.
The festivities will end on Tuesday the 15th at 20:00 hours with a mass in honour of deceased brothers at the Church of Our Lady of the Snows.
