The Town Hall of Velilla de San Antonio has announced the complete programme for its Patron Saint Festivities, which will kick off on 7th September and last until the end of the month.
The Town Hall of Velilla de San Antonio has presented the programme for the Patron Saint Festivities and the month of September, which this year will include a wide range of music, sports, culture, and activities for all ages. The programme is already available on the municipal website, and the distribution of the printed brochure will begin this week.
Music will be one of the central themes of the celebrations, with the return of the Noches de ROCK & ROLL Festival, featuring performances by La Guardia, La Frontera, and Javier Ojeda (Danza Invisible). Additionally, Los 40 Urban Sessions Velilla 2026 will be held, along with traditional vermouth dances and nights of orchestras and DJs.
One of the new features this year will be the performance by the Panorama orchestra, considered one of the most prominent in the national scene. The programme also allocates space for sports, culture, bullfighting festivities, and fireworks.
Although the festivities officially begin on 25th September, activities will start earlier on 7th September. Residents and visitors can consult the complete programme on the Town Hall's website, where the digital version is already available.
The programme has been designed for all audiences, with proposals ranging from the youngest to the oldest. The council encourages participation in celebrations that combine tradition and innovation.
The complete programme can be downloaded in PDF format through the link provided on the municipal website, and the distribution of the printed brochure will bring information to all households in the locality.
