The City Council of San Fernando de Henares has opened the call for aid for families using the extended morning and afternoon hours in public Early Childhood and Primary Education centres (CEIP) for the 2026/2027 academic year. The deadline for submitting applications will be open from 17 to 30 September, inclusive.
The aid, called by the Education Department, covers up to a maximum of 50% of the total cost of the family and work reconciliation services offered in the public schools of the municipality: the programmes “Funny School”, “Cole Abierto” and extracurricular activities on school days, as well as the extended morning hours managed by the AMPA of each centre through the “Primeros del Cole” programme. Aid will only be granted for one of the two extended hours periods, either morning or afternoon.
Families registered in San Fernando de Henares with children enrolled in CEIP during the 2026/2027 academic year and with a per capita income of less than 10,800 euros (data from 2024) can apply. Applications exceeding this threshold will be excluded.
The documentation to be submitted includes the completed application annex, which is mandatory; proof of registration in the activity, issued by the service provider with the total price; and, in the case of morning hours, the annex “Hace Constar” stamped and signed by the president of the AMPA. It is recommended to attach all documentation in a single PDF file.
The complete bases and annexes are available on the website of the City Council of San Fernando de Henares.
