Boadilla del Monte Town Council opens the enrolment period for new students in the senior workshops for the 2026/2027 course. Applications can be submitted from September 2 to 11.
Residents of Boadilla del Monte aged over 65 registered in the municipality can enrol in the workshops and activities of the municipal senior centres for the 2026/2027 course between September 2 and 11.
The offer is aimed at new students, although, exceptionally, older people who temporarily reside with registered relatives in Boadilla may also access the workshops if places are available. Each case will be assessed individually.
Applications can be submitted in person at two locations: at the María de Vera centre, located at Juan Carlos I, 42, from 10:00 to 11:30; and at the Juan González de Uzqueta centre, located at Gutiérrez Soto, 8, from 12:00 to 13:30. Enrolment is also accepted via email by sending the documentation to activ.mayores@aytoboadilla.com before 13:30 on September 11, including the completed and signed form.
The required documentation includes the enrolment form, a proof of residence, a photocopy of the DNI, and a passport-sized photograph. Each applicant may choose a maximum of three activities, but cannot enrol simultaneously in Zumba, aerobic gymnastics, maintenance gymnastics, and occupational dynamics, nor in two different time slots for the same activity.
If demand exceeds the available places, a draw will be held on September 14 at 10:00 at the María de Vera centre to allocate places among new applicants. The provisional lists will be published on September 18 and there will be a period to correct errors until September 24. The final lists will be released on September 25.
The course will begin on October 1. During the course, from November 4 to April 30, it will be possible to apply for any remaining free places.
