The Cobeña Town Council is launching the new roundabout for access to the Municipal Sports Centre this Tuesday. The current entrance will be closed and works to improve the parking continue.
The Town Council of Cobeña will put into operation this Tuesday, September 8 from 15:00 hours, the new roundabout for access to the Municipal Sports Centre. The action aims to improve road safety, optimise traffic flow, and facilitate access to the sports facilities.
With the commissioning of this infrastructure, the current entrance to the sports centre will be closed. All users must access the premises through the new road that has been established, which will have the corresponding signage to ensure a safe and orderly transition.
The Town Council is also carrying out renovation and improvement works on the sports centre's parking, with the aim of providing a more comfortable, functional, and safe space. These works will optimise mobility in the area and improve the capacity and organisation of the parking.
The bus stop located at the new roundabout is already operational and serves users in both directions, towards Algete and Cobeña.
The Council requests the cooperation and understanding of residents during these days of adaptation to the new accesses and while the improvement works in the parking continue.
