Taxpayers in Lozoya have from August 1 to September 30 to pay the IBI, the economic activities tax, and the waste tax. The Town Hall has enabled several payment methods, including in-person with card.
Residents of Lozoya have from August 1 until September 30 to voluntarily pay the receipts for urban and rural IBI, the special characteristics property tax (BICES), the Economic Activities Tax, and the waste tax for 2026. The Town Hall has published the collection order with the dates and available channels.
The council reminds that, once this period is over, collection will begin through enforcement, with the corresponding surcharges. Therefore, it advises taxpayers not to wait until the last days to regularise their situation.
Those who prefer to pay in person can do so at the municipal offices on three specific days, always from 17:00 to 19:00 hours: August 21, September 5, and September 19. On those days, payment by card is accepted.
Payments can also be made at any CaixaBank branch by presenting the receipt sent by mail, or by direct deposit or transfer to the restricted collection accounts set up at CaixaBank (ES43 2100 8020 5113 0008 8884) and Banco Santander (ES09 0075 0249 0706 6000 6209).
The complete order, with details of the registers and instructions, is available on the municipal website. In-person assistance is concentrated on those three summer afternoons, so the Town Hall encourages residents to plan their payments in advance or use online banking to avoid queues.
