The Town Hall of Olmeda de las Fuentes announces the celebration of the Youth Meeting 'From Village to Village' 2026, aimed at young people aged 12 to 17. The activity, which is free of charge, will take place on November 7 and 8 at Las Dehesas de Cercedilla, with registrations open from October 5 to 14.
Young people from Olmeda de las Fuentes aged 12 to 17 will be able to participate in the Youth Meeting 'From Village to Village' 2026, which will be held on November 7 and 8 at Las Dehesas de Cercedilla. The event is organized by the General Directorate of Youth of the Community of Madrid in collaboration with the Town Hall of the municipality.
The meeting is free and includes transport, accommodation, and meals. The programme of activities includes cohesion dynamics, games and gymkhanas, an Escape Room, a hiking route, animation activities, and the preparation and recording of a podcast.
One of the objectives is for participants to showcase their municipality and share their vision of life in the villages with other young people from the Community of Madrid, creating new bonds and experiences.
The bus will depart from Villar at 8:00 AM on Saturday, November 7, and the return is scheduled for Sunday, November 8, at approximately 9:00 PM. Participants should only bring a towel, along with their personal belongings and the necessary clothing for the activities.
The registration period will be open from October 5 to 14. There are 55 spots available in total, including monitors, and they will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, so early registration is recommended.
