The Prádena del Rincón Town Hall has set the voluntary collection period for IBI and IAE from 1 July to 31 August 2026. Payment can be made at CaixaBank or in the municipal offices on 11 August.
Taxpayers in Prádena del Rincón have from 1 July to 31 August 2026 to pay the Property Tax (IBI) and the Economic Activities Tax (IAE) for the 2026 fiscal year without penalties. This has been announced by the Town Hall, which reminds that after this deadline, debts will be enforced through legal proceedings.
Payment can be made, upon presenting the forms, at the offices of CaixaBank. Additionally, the municipal Collection Unit will assist in person on 11 August, from 10:00 to 13:00, at the Town Hall for those who prefer to pay there.
Those who have not received their bills at home can request a duplicate at the managing offices or by calling 91 843 12 88 and 91 557 06 98.
The Town Hall recommends setting up direct debit for bills as a way to avoid forgetting. However, direct debit orders must be communicated at least two months before the start of the collection period, that is, before 1 May.
Once the voluntary period has passed, unpaid tax debts will be enforced through legal proceedings and may incur penalties, late interest, and, where applicable, related costs,” warns the Town Hall.
