The Town Hall of Redueña is organising the 'Rhythm and Movement' workshop, a free activity from the Unwanted Loneliness Project aimed at people over 65 registered in Sierra Norte. It will take place on Fridays from 25 September to 6 November at the Old Town Hall.
The Old Town Hall of Redueña, in the plaza de la Villa, will host the 'Rhythm and Movement' workshop, an initiative of the Unwanted Loneliness Project that aims for people over 65 registered in the Sierra Norte to move to the rhythm of music and share some time in company.
The sessions will be held on Fridays 25 September; 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30 October; and 6 November, from 10:00 to 11:00 hours.
The activity uses music as a tool to awaken memories and contribute to the well-being of participants, according to the town council. Through rhythm and movement, attendees can express themselves and strengthen ties with the community.
Registrations are managed through the social worker of the corresponding town hall. There is also an information phone number: 671 917 351.
The workshop is designed for people over 65 registered in the Sierra Norte area, so residents from different municipalities in the region can participate, not just those from Redueña.
Music can also accompany us, awaken memories and contribute to our well-being,” states the Town Hall of Redueña in the announcement.
The first session will be on Friday 25 September at 10:00 hours in the plaza de la Villa of Redueña. Interested parties can contact their social worker or call 671 917 351 to formalise their registration.
