The Reading Centre of Perales de Tajuña will host a storytelling workshop on October 2, 2026, from 18:00 to 19:00 hours, as part of the 'Madrid Reads in Community' campaign promoted by the Community of Madrid. The activity is aimed at children aged 6 to 11 years and requires free prior registration.
The workshop, called 'Story Laboratory', invites participants to become story creators. Through oral storytelling, play, and humour, attendees engage in the development of tales by modifying characters, settings, and events, collectively constructing new adventures.
The proposal is based on the idea that traditional stories can be transformed, mixed, and reinvented, allowing children to discover different combinations of the stories they already know. Registration is free and must be completed in advance at the Reading Centre of Perales de Tajuña.
