The Town Hall of Torrejón de la Calzada initiates a 20-day public consultation for residents and entities to give their opinions on the future regulation of the Official Chronicler of the municipality.
The Town Hall of Torrejón de la Calzada has opened a public consultation prior to the drafting of the regulation that will govern the figure of the Official Chronicler of the municipality. For twenty days, starting from the day after the announcement is published on the municipal website, residents, organisations, and associations will be able to submit their opinions and proposals.
The call is based on article 133.1 of the Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, which requires gathering the opinions of those potentially affected before drafting a regulation. Contributions can be submitted at any of the locations provided in article 16 of that same law, and must identify the person or entity making them, although general observations are also accepted.
The council emphasises that this consultation does not open a process for submitting candidacies nor does it constitute any procedure for appointing anyone. Its sole purpose is to collect proposals prior to the drafting of the regulatory project. Once the deadline has concluded, the contributions received will be assessed in the drafting process of the initiative.
