The Local Police of Alcalá de Henares will partially close the Cruz Verde roundabout on Wednesday 12th August to repair the road surface. There will be diversions on four bus lines.
The Cruz Verde roundabout, next to O'Donnell Park, will experience a partial traffic closure this Wednesday 12th August from 08:00 hours until the end of the day. The Local Police of Alcalá de Henares has announced the action to repair the road surface, which will necessitate restricting some access to the roundabout.
During the works, a lane will be opened for two-way traffic to maintain vehicle passage in the area. The municipal body requests that drivers respect the provisional signage and exercise caution.
The closure will also affect public transport. The Transport Consortium has informed that the bus lines 251, 252, 254, and 255 will modify their route only in the direction out of Alcalá de Henares.
On the exit, buses will travel along Torrelaguna street and will establish stop 06950, next to the Church of Santiago Apóstol, for passenger boarding and alighting. Stop 12655 on Luis de Astrana Marín street will be out of service during the day.
The entry route into the city will not change, although vehicles will be diverted from the end of O'Donnell Park via Complutense road to the ROCA roundabout, where they will change direction to continue their usual route.
