The Valdemorillo Town Hall has made public nine recommendations for the festivities in honour of the Nativity of the Virgin, which will take place from September 4 to 6.
The Town Hall of Valdemorillo has published nine recommendations to ensure that the September festivities, starting this Friday the 4th, proceed without incidents. The council calls for "civility and responsibility" to "respect public spaces and others" and to guarantee "the best festive atmosphere".
The celebrations in honour of the Nativity of the Virgin will be concentrated from September 4 to 6, with the Plaza de la Constitución as the main venue. The Town Hall relies on the collaboration of residents and visitors to ensure that these festivities "continue to be a great example of coexistence".
Among the advice is the prohibition of entering the square with glass, closed metal cans, or dangerous objects. It is also requested to use public toilets and waste containers, respect the neighbours' rest after performances, and take care of urban furniture and facilities.
The council reminds that, in case of needing help, one should approach the Local Police or health services. The aim is for the celebrations to be "completely safe as well as fun and unforgettable".
The Safety and Emergency Plan, coordinated by the Local Police, Guardia Civil, and Civil Protection, is already activated for these days.
