The Equality Department of Velilla de San Antonio offers three free workshops for women during the last quarter of the year: attachment and symbolic play, basic legal information, and digital initiation. Registrations are now open.
The Equality Department of Velilla de San Antonio has presented the programme of workshops for the fourth quarter of the year, with three proposals aimed at women in the municipality. The courses will be held in the department's building, located at Avenida de la Ilustración, 110, 2nd floor.
The workshop “Connecting to Accompany: Play as the Language of Bonding” will address attachment and symbolic play in childhood. It will take place on Wednesdays from 9:30 to 11:00, in 8 sessions from 7 October to 25 November. Interested participants can register through an online form.
The workshop “Get Informed and Decide” will provide basic legal information for women, covering topics such as family law, gender-based violence, labour law, immigration, and housing. It will be held on Thursdays from 17:00 to 18:30, from 1 October to 19 November, also in 8 sessions.
Finally, the workshop “Digitalise Yourself I” will serve as an introduction to digital skills: computer use, internet, email, and mobile phone. It will take place on Tuesdays from 17:00 to 18:30, from 6 October to 1 December.
The Equality Department presents this offer as a space to “accompany, learn, and create support networks and safe spaces for women.” Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and links to the forms are available on the municipal website and the Town Hall's social media.
