On Friday, August 21, the company Aracaladanza presents 'Shibumi' in Paredes de Buitrago, a free contemporary dance performance that concludes the festival in the municipality.

The municipality of Puentes Viejas is preparing to close the Summer Scenes Festival of the Community of Madrid with a contemporary dance performance. The event will take place on Friday, August 21 at 20:00 in the town of Paredes de Buitrago, with free access for all audiences.

The company Aracaladanza, with five dancers on stage, will transform the streets into a space of movement and poetry. The performance, titled Shibumi, is inspired by the Japanese concept that evokes simplicity, balance, and elegance, and offers a different perspective on dance, inviting contemplation of the beauty in small things.

This performance marks the grand finale of the festival's programming in the area, which has brought various artistic disciplines to the municipalities of the region throughout the summer. The choice of a public space as a stage aims to bring culture closer to locals and visitors, in an outdoor environment that encourages family enjoyment.

The Puentes Viejas Town Hall encourages attendees to arrive early to find a good spot and enjoy an evening that promises to be unique. The activity is free and does not require prior reservation, so high participation is expected.

With this performance, Puentes Viejas joins the closure of another edition of Summer Scenes, an initiative by the Community of Madrid that brings performing arts to the towns of the region during the summer months.
