The Perales de Tajuña Town Hall has issued a notice to correct the information published in the festival programme regarding the cow release. According to the council, the route of the bull run that appeared in the brochure is an error, and the event will finally take place at the Bullring, as is tradition.
The release will take place on August 22 at 22:30 at the Bullring in the town. The XVI Toro de la Afición will also be celebrated during the same event, a gathering that attracts numerous locals and visitors each year.
The organisation has the collaboration of the Association of Friends of the Bull Festival of the Tajuña River, which participates in the preparation of the event. The Town Hall has apologised for any inconvenience caused by the initial confusion.
The council reminds that the official poster with the details of the release has been published separately, and encourages attendees to check municipal channels to confirm any last-minute changes. The event is part of the programme for the August patronal festivities.
