Las Rozas municipal schools and workshops have closed the 2025/26 academic year with 2,759 unique students, with the Joaquín Rodrigo Music School being the most sought after.
The Las Rozas Culture Foundation has reviewed the 2025/26 academic year, and the figures confirm that the municipal educational offerings continue to attract residents. A total of 2,759 unique students enrolled in music, dance, theatre schools, and municipal workshops, maintaining participation levels similar to previous years.
The Joaquín Rodrigo Municipal Music School was once again the most attended, with 1,143 students spread across 105 groups. Throughout the year, this school organised 34 auditions and concerts where students showcased what they had learned on stage.
The Pilar López Dance School recorded 526 enrollments, while municipal workshops accounted for 828 students. The complete offering, which also includes the theatre school, has once again demonstrated that artistic education has stable demand in the municipality.
The academic year was not limited to classrooms. A total of 55 performances, concerts, and auditions were organised with over 3,500 participants, highlighting the extent of cultural activity generated around these schools.
For residents wishing to enroll in the next academic year, the Las Rozas Culture Foundation typically opens the registration period in June and September. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and updated information is published on the municipal website.
