The Casa Museo Julio Escobar in Los Molinos will showcase the oils of Marta Torre-Marín, "Tucha", dedicated to nature and water throughout September.
The Casa Museo Julio Escobar in Los Molinos will host the exhibition "Contemplation" from 2 to 30 September, by the painter and cultural manager Marta Torre-Marín, artistically known as "Tucha". The exhibition, composed of oils on MDF, explores the relationship between humans and the natural environment through the cycles of water, ice landscapes, botany, and the biodiversity of ecosystems.
With over 40 years of experience and more than 200 exhibitions in her curriculum, "Tucha" is a well-established figure in the artistic scene. As a cultural manager, she has directed four spaces dedicated to contemporary art, including Arte-Estar in Los Molinos, Galería De Autor and Autores en red in San Lorenzo de El Escorial, and Estudio Abierto in Mataelpino.
The exhibition can be visited at the Casa Museo Julio Escobar, located at Calle Concejo, 31. Visiting hours are Wednesdays and Sundays from 10:00 to 14:00, and Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00.
The Los Molinos Town Hall invites residents and visitors to enjoy this cultural proposal, which offers a profound insight into the relationship between humans and their environment through subtle pictorial metaphors.
