The Town Hall of Lozoyuela-Navas-Sieteiglesias has extended the photographic exhibition '¿Feral? Cats in the rural world' until September 4, which can be visited in the Plenary Hall.
The Town Hall of Lozoyuela-Navas-Sieteiglesias has decided to extend the photographic exhibition “¿Feral? Cats in the rural world”, which will remain open until September 4 in the Plenary Hall of the council. The exhibition, which was already underway, has been prolonged to give more opportunities for residents and visitors to see it.
The exhibition features portraits of stray cats rescued by the Asociación Las Mininas de Villavieja de Lozoya, with photographs taken by Andrés López. Through the images, it aims to highlight the reality of cats in the rural world and the importance of ethical management of feline colonies in the municipalities of the Sierra Norte.
The visiting hours are from 11:30 to 13:30, Monday to Sunday, as reported by the Town Hall. Admission is free and no prior appointment is required, making it easier for those who want to come and reflect on the coexistence and responsible care of these animals.
This initiative is part of a broader awareness campaign on animal welfare, and the council encourages residents of the three localities that make up the municipality, Lozoyuela, Navas and Sieteiglesias, to take advantage of the last days of the exhibition before it concludes in early September.
