On September 19 and October 24, the Hoyo de Manzanares Town Hall and the Army Engineers Academy are organising guided tours of the military museum, with free entry upon prior registration.
The Hoyo de Manzanares Town Hall and the Army Engineers Academy have organised two new guided tours of this military institution's museum, which will take place on September 19 and October 24, 2026. The tour will run from 11:30 to 13:00 hours and lasts for one and a half hours.
The museum is located within the barracks of the Academy itself, in the municipality. During the visit, attendees will be able to see original pieces, models, documents, uniforms and technical materials that review the evolution of Spanish military engineering from the 18th century to the present day.
The activity is recommended for those aged 12 and over. Spaces are limited and prior registration is required, according to municipal sources.
This is the second and final round of guided tours of the museum taking place this year, as part of the collaboration programme between the Town Hall and the Academy to bring military heritage closer to the local community.
