The Town Hall of Velilla de San Antonio has presented its cultural programme for the last quarter of 2026, which begins on October 2 and continues until December. The agenda includes more than twenty proposals covering theatre, literature, exhibitions, visits, and children's activities.
The theatre schedule will open on Saturday October 3 with 'El Rey de la Farándula', a play set in the court of Philip IV. On Friday October 23, it will be the turn of 'La Portera Nacional', a comedy and interactive monologue about coexistence and the housing problem.
The children's audience will have specific proposals throughout the quarter. Among them, the play 'El niño erizo' stands out, scheduled for November 21 during Children's Week. An excursion to the Museum of Costume in Madrid has also been organised for the afternoon of November 7.
The programme reserves a prominent space for major figures in the scene. On December 18, 'Camino a la Meca' will be performed, starring Lola Herrera, alongside Natalia Dicenta and Carlos Olalla. The play brings to life a woman who values her freedom above the certainties of her time.
In the educational and literary field, on October 23, the workshop 'Lorca, grabados poéticos' will take place, which explores the visual aspect of the Granada writer through engraving techniques linked to his drawings. The introduction to literature for the youngest will come with the baby storytelling 'Ga te cuento' on November 13, a show of oral narration and live music with songs, puppets, and movement.

To facilitate access, ticket sales and reservation of invitations are managed through a QR code and a direct link included in each of the events. These activities will progressively be incorporated into the agenda on the Town Hall's website.
