Small businesses in Galapagar can request a personalised diagnosis and a commercial activation plan at no cost. This is provided by the Global Diagnostic Programme for Small Retail Businesses from the Community of Madrid, which the Town Hall encourages local establishments to join.
Participation is voluntary and free. Each registered business receives an analysis of its situation and a Commercial Activation Plan tailored to its needs, developed with the support of a consultancy team specialised in point-of-sale.
The programme includes at least two in-person visits to the establishment. During these visits, the current situation of the business is analysed and specific recommendations are defined. The final result is a plan agreed upon with the business owner, including initiatives to implement in the short and medium term.
Among the objectives is to identify critical points affecting competitiveness and turn them into opportunities for improvement. The proposals aim to increase sales, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
The Town Hall encourages participation in the Community of Madrid's programme, which analyses each business and proposes concrete actions to improve its competitiveness.
Retail businesses in the Community of Madrid that are self-employed or micro-enterprises, with an annual turnover of less than 2 million euros and fewer than 10 employees, can participate, provided they engage in one of the activities outlined in the programme.
This initiative is promoted by the Community of Madrid and includes a sample of 250 participating businesses. The aim is to obtain a global diagnosis that allows Madrid's retail sector to adapt to current market needs.
