The Municipal School of Music, Dance and Artistic Education of Valdemorillo (EMMDEA) is open for free enrolment for all its disciplines for the 2026-2027 academic year. Dance classes begin on 15 September and the rest of the teachings on 1 October.
The Municipal School of Music, Dance and Artistic Education of Valdemorillo (EMMDEA) has opened the enrolment period for the 2026-2027 academic year at no cost for all its disciplines. The start dates are not uniform: the dance classes resume activities on 15 September, while the rest of the teachings will start on 1 October.
The offer includes music, theatre, artistic education, and body and mind activities, with new workshops, schedules, and proposals for students of all ages. The school is directed by Gabriel Gomila and has a teaching staff that the council describes as qualified and experienced.

The councillor added that “practising artistic skills in any of its forms” allows for “discovering and developing creativity and skills.”
On the economic side, EMMDEA applies discounts for large families, seniors over 65, and individuals with a disability greater than 33%. Additionally, residents of Valdemorillo pay less than other enrollees in all cases. The school also offers special packages with reduced prices to combine various subjects, for example, a group or individual instrument along with musical language and participation in groups like the Big Band; the packages also extend to the dance area.
