The Ciempozuelos City Council has announced rental assistance. The application period is now open.
The Ciempozuelos City Council has launched a new call for rental assistance for residents of the municipality. The total amount allocated is €120,000, as reported by the council.
The assistance is aimed at residents of Ciempozuelos who hold a rental contract for their primary residence. The maximum amount per beneficiary will be €200 per month for a period of six months.
The application period is now open and will end on 30 September 2026. Applications can be submitted in person at the municipal registry or through the electronic headquarters of the City Council.
Among the requirements, it is necessary that the income of the household unit does not exceed 2.5 times the IPREM, that the rental amount does not exceed €600 per month, and that applicants do not own any property in Spain.
The Councillor for Housing, María López, explained that the aim is to "facilitate access to decent housing for families facing the greatest economic difficulties in the municipality." Applications will be processed in the order they are received until the budget is exhausted.
