The Youth Department is organising a trip to the water park for those born between 1996 and 2014. Registrations open on August 19 at 16:30.
Young people from Hoyo de Manzanares will have the opportunity to enjoy a day of pools and slides at the Aquópolis park in Villanueva de la Cañada next Friday, August 28. The activity is part of the 2026 Children and Youth Week, promoted by the Youth Department.
The trip is aimed at residents aged between 12 and 30, that is, those born between 1996 and 2014. The bus will depart at 11:00 hours from the stop at Calle Hurtada, 21, in front of the Youth House, and the return is scheduled for around 20:45. Lunch is not included.
The registration period will open on Wednesday, August 19 at 16:30 hours and places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis until they are filled. The department warns that no applications will be accepted before that time.
To register, it is necessary to submit the signed and completed registration form in uppercase. This can be done in person at the Youth House, from Wednesday to Friday from 16:30 to 20:00, or by sending it via email to juventud@hoyodemanzanares.es. The council will allocate places between both methods as deemed appropriate.
The activity is subsidised by the Youth Department, which reduces the cost for families. Those who cannot print the form at home can collect it at the registration point.
This outing is part of a summer programme aimed at providing healthy leisure alternatives for the youth of the municipality during the holidays.
