The City Council of Móstoles has presented the new edition of Family Leisure, a program featuring 21 free activities that will take place on Sundays between September and April. The initiative, promoted by the Department of Youth, Family, Equality and Cooperation, aims for families to share leisure time in a fun and healthy way.
The first event will be on Sunday, September 20 with 'The games of old', an activity featuring traditional games such as skipping rope, handkerchief, hide and seek, or races. The program also includes proposals like 'The magical path', 'Mission Móstoles', 'Family micro-theatre', 'Hands to the earth', 'Laboratory: Top secret' or 'Enigma in the park'.
The activities are designed to promote coexistence, teamwork, and healthy lifestyles, with workshops, games, outdoor outings, cultural activities, and creative experiences.
Access is free for families with at least one member registered or working in Móstoles. To participate, prior registration is required, either in person at the Family and Equality building, located at calle Ricardo Medem, 27, or through an online form available on the municipal website.
The registration deadline for each activity ends the Friday before its celebration at 11:30 a.m.. All information about the program can be found on the Family portal of the City Council of Móstoles.
