Móstoles Summer Cinema is set to screen the film 'Lilo and Stitch' this Saturday, August 8, a live-action remake of the Disney classic. The screening will take place at 22:00 in El Zoco park, next to the Parque Coimbra Shopping Centre.
The Móstoles Summer Cinema series continues this Saturday, August 8, with the screening of 'Lilo and Stitch', the new live-action version of Disney's 2002 animated classic. The event will start at 22:00 in El Zoco park, located at the corner of Castaño Street and Eucalipto Street, next to the El Zoco Shopping Centre in Parque Coimbra.
The film, released in 2025, stars live actors and tells the story of a lonely Hawaiian girl who befriends a runaway alien, who ultimately becomes more than just a friend: he becomes her family. The film combines action, adventure, comedy, and science fiction, and is aimed at all audiences.
The event is organised by the Department of Education and Culture of the Móstoles City Council, which has prepared a summer programme for the nights of August. The series will conclude on August 15 with the screening of 'A Minecraft Movie', based on the popular geometric-style video game.
The screenings are outdoors, so attendees are advised to arrive early to secure a good spot and, if possible, to bring something warm for the evening. Admission is free, as is customary for this summer cinema series in the municipality.
