The Grand Multitudinous Mus Tournament of the Alcalá de Henares Fairs opens registrations until August 23. The preliminary rounds will be played on August 25 in the Plaza de Palacio.
Mus lovers have an appointment at the Alcalá de Henares Fairs. Registration to participate in the Grand Multitudinous Mus Tournament is now open and can be formalised until next August 23, or until all available spots are filled.
The tournament, organised by the Madrid Mus Association, is already a classic of the Complutense festivities and each year gathers hundreds of pairs. Interested parties must register at the Tourist Office of the Capilla del Oidor, located in the Plaza de Cervantes.
The Councillor for Fiestas and Popular Traditions, Antonio Saldaña, has encouraged “the people of Alcalá and visitors to sign up once again for this tournament, which is already an essential tradition in our festivities and for all lovers of this game.”
The preliminary rounds will take place on Tuesday, August 25 in the Plaza de Palacio, while the finals will be held on Wednesday, August 26 in the Plaza de Cervantes. The awards ceremony will be celebrated in the Tapestry Hall of the Círculo de Contribuyentes.
Participation is open to anyone who wants to join this recreational event, which combines tradition and competition in the heart of the fairs. To guarantee a spot, interested parties must attend the registration point in person before the deadline.
