On Saturday, September 5, Valdemorillo's Plaza de la Constitución will host AquaBattle, a free water battle for everyone.
The Plaza de la Constitución in Valdemorillo will transform into a large water battlefield next Saturday, September 5. The event, organised by the Youth Department, will start at 1:00 PM and is designed to combat the heat in a fun way, promoting healthy leisure and socialising among young people, families, and groups of friends.
Participation is free and does not require prior registration, so all that is needed is to come ready to have fun and get wet. The organisers recommend attending in comfortable clothing, swimwear, or items that can get wet, suitable footwear, and, if desired, bringing water guns or similar items to enjoy the day to the fullest.
The Mayor of Valdemorillo, Santiago Villena, has invited all residents and visitors to take part in this initiative, which is part of the September Festivities. "The street and participation must be the main highlights of this summer festival," the mayor stated, emphasising that the municipal goal is to "turn our streets into spaces for gathering and fun during the festivities."
With initiatives like AquaBattle, the Valdemorillo Town Hall continues to support dynamic leisure activities open to all. This water battle is set to be one of the most refreshing events in the festive programme, which kicks off in less than a month.
The event will take place in the heart of the municipality, so a large turnout is expected. Anyone wishing to participate just needs to come to the Plaza de la Constitución on Saturday the 5th at noon, ready to get soaked and have a fun time together.
