The Town Hall of Moraleja de Enmedio has definitively approved its budget for 2026, amounting to 6,425,437.59 euros, with no objections during the public exhibition period.
The Town Hall of Moraleja de Enmedio has given the final green light to the General Budget for 2026, which totals 6,425,437.59 euros in both income and expenditure. The document, published in the Official Bulletin of the Community of Madrid (BOCM), moves forward after the public exhibition period ended without any recorded objections.
The accounts maintain budgetary balance and allocate the majority of expenditure to public services. The largest item is personnel costs, amounting to 2,837,732.36 euros, followed by current expenses on goods and services, which total 1,710,071.41 euros.
Real investments reach 994,540.13 euros, aimed at improving infrastructure, equipment, and public spaces. Additionally, 330,000 euros are reserved for current transfers and 65,000 euros for the Contingency Fund.
In terms of income, direct taxes remain the main source of funding, contributing 3,116,031.92 euros, while current transfers add 2,312,702.85 euros.
The budget also includes the municipal staff for 2026, comprising 79 positions: 33 civil servants and 46 labour workers. This allocation will allow for the maintenance and reinforcement of services in areas such as Local Police, urban maintenance, sports, libraries, administration, and municipal services.
With this budget, the Government team of Moraleja de Enmedio emphasises its commitment to responsible economic management, aiming to sustain the quality of public services and continue improving the quality of life for residents.
