Valdelaguna City Council has approved the tender to acquire land of at least 2,000 m² for a maximum of €149,500. The offers will be evaluated 50% on technical suitability and price.

Valdelaguna City Council has given the green light to the file and the terms of reference for purchasing a plot within the municipality where the future municipal swimming pool will be located. The operation will be carried out through a public tender, with a maximum price of €149,500 (taxes included), which equates to €65.36 per square metre of land.

The proposals submitted will be scored based on two criteria: the technical suitability of the plot, worth up to 50 points, and the offered price, another 50 points. This is outlined in the terms approved by the council, which are already available for interested parties.

The plot must meet a series of requirements: it must be consolidated urban land, have a compatible land use, have a minimum area of 2,000 square metres and at least 300 square metres of roof. Additionally, the minimum occupancy will be 20%, the height of the building must be between one storey and 3.5 metres, and the plot must have basic services.

Interested parties have 20 calendar days, counted from the day after the announcement is published on the contracting profile, to submit their offers. They can be submitted in person at the General Registry of the City Council, from 9:00 to 14:00 hours, or electronically, which will be mandatory for those included in Article 14.2 of the LPAC.

The documentation must be submitted in three envelopes: A, with the administrative documentation; B, with the technical information of the plot; and C, with the economic offer. The complete terms and annexes can be consulted on the contracting profile, on the electronic headquarters of Valdelaguna City Council and on the Public Sector Contracting Platform.

With this acquisition, the municipality takes another step towards providing its own bathing facility, a highly demanded service by residents. For any queries, you can visit the municipal offices or call 91 893 70 99.
