A total of 5,279 young people participated during the 2025/26 academic year in one of the activities organized by the Youth Area of the Las Rozas City Council. The programming, which combines leisure and training, is designed to reach different audiences according to their age and interests.
The Young Club, the healthy leisure initiative for weekends, was the most in-demand: 405 teenagers aged 11 to 17 signed up and registered 2,450 participations in the 60 sessions held between October and June. Additionally, special activities were organized during Christmas and Easter, a haunted house, and the distribution of tickets for cultural events, with 484 participants.
The programming of activities, talks, and workshops also received a good response: 485 participants attended proposals ranging from study techniques, parkour, circus, lifeguard courses, or free time monitor training, to youth information talks and a film school.
In July, one hundred boys signed up for the summer camps held in Asturias, where 5% of the places are reserved for participants with disabilities. The student days Las Rozas T-Orienta and the Good Practices for Coexistence programme brought together more than 3,800 young people.
