The Boadilla del Monte City Council has allocated 5,086,041 euros over three years for the maintenance of its buildings, with actions such as the renovation of the flooring in the Rey Felipe VI pavilion.
The City Council of Boadilla del Monte has allocated 5,086,041 euros for the maintenance of municipal buildings in the last three years. Of the total, 1,733,865 euros have been dedicated to the fixed fee for corrective maintenance, which addresses incidents and repairs, while 3,302,174 euros have gone to preventive maintenance and improvements.
Among the most costly actions is the replacement and renovation of the sports flooring in the Rey Felipe VI pavilion, costing 218,242.83 euros. This is followed by the replacement of the false ceiling and insulation in the covered pavilion of the CDM Ángel Nieto (217,654.40 euros) and the replacement of the chiller at the Administrative Headquarters (203,411.59 euros).
Other interventions include the restoration of the facade of Millonaria and its interior conditioning (89,000 euros), the replacement of LED lighting with regulation in the Training Centre (87,170.42 euros), and the adaptation of the dance rooms (76,200 euros). The climate control system of the covered municipal pool has also been renewed (65,394.77 euros), and work areas in the Administrative Headquarters have been adapted (60,000 euros).
In terms of energy efficiency, LED lighting has been replaced in the Municipal Auditorium and the Youth Centre (51,571 euros). Finally, defects in the elevators of municipal buildings have been corrected to comply with new regulations, at a cost of 35,000 euros plus VAT.
