The esplanade of the Palacio del Infante Don Luis will host a Charity Zumba Marathon on Sunday 20th September, from 12:30 to 14:00, benefiting the Phelan-McDermid Syndrome Association. Entry is free and all proceeds will go towards research into this rare disease.

The esplanade of Palacio del Infante Don Luis, in Boadilla del Monte, will be the venue on Sunday 20th September for a Charity Zumba Marathon taking place from 12:30 to 14:00. The initiative is organised by the Phelan-McDermid Syndrome Association in collaboration with Quiero ser Artista and the Boadilla del Monte City Council.

The activity is led by Damián Vega, an official instructor from the Quiero ser Artista School, and is open to participants of all ages. Entry is free.

Registrations and the purchase of bib numbers can be completed through the website runlikeahero.com/event/maraton-zumba/ until 19th September, or in person on the day of the event at the designated stand.

All proceeds will be allocated to the research and dissemination of Phelan-McDermid syndrome. The City Council encourages residents to join this event that combines physical activity, dance, and solidarity in one of the most emblematic spaces of the municipality.
