The City Council of Coslada has opened the registration period for the Equality activities from October to December. Registration can be done until September 20.
The Department of Equality and Diversity of the City Council of Coslada has opened the registration period for the Actions for Equality from October to December 2026, a free programme aimed at women and men of all ages. The activities aim to promote equality, participation, well-being, and networking in the municipality.
Among the proposals are The Art of Caring for Ourselves, Skills that Open Doors, Laughing to Resist, Empowering Rhythms, Feminist Halloween, and Menopause without Taboos. Some of these activities are funded by the FSE+2021-2027 Programme of the Community of Madrid and the Corresponsables Plan.
One of the main novelties is that the Choir and Theatre workshops will now be annual, to encourage more stable work processes and provide continuity for the groups.
Registrations can be made until September 20 through the form available on the municipal website, by email at cidam@ayto-coslada.es, or by calling 91 669 61 20. Each person can register for a maximum of two workshops and one monographic, with the aim of allowing most applicants to participate in some activity.
The workshops will begin on October 5 and will take place in municipal spaces such as the CIDAM and the Almudena Grandes Centre. The programme includes activities focused on empowerment, self-care, artistic expression, feminist culture, and healthy habits.
