It is essential to have a prior appointment, which can be requested at the El Álamo Town Hall. Those who arrive without an appointment or outside their assigned time will not be attended to.
The cost is 12 euros for the ID card and 30 euros for the passport. Payment can be made by card. In both cases, a recent photograph must be provided, and if there has been a change of address, the registration certificate is required.
For the first issuance of the ID card, a birth certificate from the court indicating that it is for the issuance of the ID card, along with a recent photograph, is also required.
