The Town Hall of El Boalo, Cerceda and Mataelpino resumes the municipal application after a period of inactivity. The campaign "We are back to eAgora" starts with four service blocks for the residents of the three areas.
Residents of El Boalo, Cerceda and Mataelpino can once again use the municipal application eAgora. The Town Hall has launched the campaign "We are back to eAgora" to reactivate the platform after a period of non-use, as reported by the council.
The recovery is part of the SIDERAL Plan of the Community of Madrid. The tool comes with more utilities than before and the capacity to incorporate new functions progressively.
In this first phase, the app offers four services. The first is incident management: residents can report damages on public roads, lighting, cleanliness, parks or urban furniture to expedite technical responses.
The second is the citizen mailbox, a direct channel to send inquiries, proposals, complaints, suggestions or congratulations to the Town Hall. The third is municipal announcements, with urgent notices, official news and real-time information of interest.
The fourth block is the municipal calendar, a unified calendar with cultural, sports and social activities taking place in the three urban areas.
We are back to eAgora. We return with more services, more possibilities and with the aim of keeping you informed about everything happening in your municipality, wherever you are.
The Town Hall and the eAgora team plan to gradually add new digital utilities to concentrate management in a single environment. Among the functions in development are registrations for local activities and initiatives, ticket sales for cultural or sporting events, and facility reservations, in addition to the integration of additional procedures.
The app is already available for residents in the three areas. New functions will be incorporated in phases, as detailed by the council.
