The Las Rozas Town Hall has scheduled courses, workshops, and charity activities for the youth of the municipality during the autumn. The offer kicks off on October 3 with Parkour, Circus, and the Film School, and includes training in lifeguarding, study techniques, and stress management.
The Youth Department of the Las Rozas Town Hall has finalised the programme of activities for the autumn, which combines courses, workshops, informative talks, and healthy leisure proposals at the Youth Club. The programming is aimed at different youth profiles in the municipality.
The calendar of courses and workshops will open on October 3 with classes in Parkour and Circus, as well as the Film School. This will be followed by the Leisure Time Monitor course, which starts on October 16; the Study Techniques course on October 19; the Water Lifeguarding course on October 29; and the workshop on Stress Management before Exams on November 14.
Before the start of the workshops, an informative talk with volunteers from Red Cross will be held on Thursday, September 17.
The Active Youth programme will meet at least once a month, with a first welcome session on October 3 at the Youth Centre. Participants will collaborate on charity activities such as the Great Family Planting and other initiatives they will choose themselves, in collaboration with entities such as senior centres. Additionally, the group will have a gathering from November 27 to 29 at a hostel in the Community of Madrid.
Autumn marks the beginning of the school year of activities that the Las Rozas Town Hall proposes for the youth of the municipality through the Youth Department,” according to municipal sources.
