The Community of Madrid grants the Town Hall of Navas del Rey €264,250 for a programme that will combine training and employment for ten young people under 30, who will work as street cleaners for ten months starting from September 15.
The Town Hall of Navas del Rey will launch an employment and training programme for young people under 30 after receiving a grant of €264,250 from the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment of the Community of Madrid, according to file 09-CCJ1-00002.7/2026.
The programme includes ten positions for student-workers who will undertake the role of street cleaner for ten months, as well as a learning tutor for ten months and a job advisor for six months. The main training corresponds to the professional certificate SEAG0209, for cleaning in open spaces and industrial facilities.
The participants will complete their training with the complementary certificate SEAG0108, for urban and industrial waste management, and with two additional modules: basic digital skills, lasting 60 hours, and personal and social skills for employment, lasting 150 hours.
The activity will start on September 15, 2026. The project is part of the programme to promote youth employment with local corporations for professional qualification, within the FSE+ 2021-2027 programme, co-financed up to a maximum rate of 40%.
