The Town Hall of Perales de Tajuña, in collaboration with MISECAM, has launched a campaign to prevent risks during local festivals. The initiative aims to promote responsible leisure and community coexistence.

The Town Hall of Perales de Tajuña has activated a awareness campaign alongside the MISECAM Social Services Consortium to promote safe festivals in the municipality. The initiative, which starts this week, focuses on risk prevention during festive events, with particular attention to responsible alcohol consumption and the protection of the most vulnerable groups.

The campaign includes the distribution of informational material and the presence of support points in the main celebration areas. Residents will find recommendations on how to act in emergencies, as well as contact details for municipal and emergency services available during the festivities.

The council highlights that the goal is for the festivals of Perales de Tajuña to take place normally and for all attendees to enjoy them safely. Therefore, local groups and associations have been asked to convey the message of responsibility among their members.

MISECAM, which brings together several municipalities in the area, contributes its experience in prevention and mediation programs. The entity emphasizes the importance of avoiding excessive alcohol consumption and particularly caring for minors and the elderly during large events.

The campaign will remain active throughout the festive period, which will take place in the coming weeks. The Town Hall reminds residents that they can consult the complete program of events on the municipal website and that emergency services will be reinforced on the busiest days.

With this action, Perales de Tajuña joins the trend of other municipalities in the Community of Madrid that promote similar campaigns to reduce incidents during their patron festivals. The initiative also aims to encourage respectful community coexistence and healthy leisure for all ages.
