The second session of the workshop "From Frustration to Self-Love" will take place on Saturday, September 26 in Mangirón, from 11:00 to 13:00. Spots are still open and registration can be done by phone or WhatsApp.

The second session of the "From Frustration to Self-Love" workshop will be held on Saturday, September 26 in Mangirón, in the municipality of Puentes Viejas, from 11:00 to 13:00 hours. The activity is organized by High Hopes Cultural Laboratory and is led by Claire Yziquel, a therapist in Structural Well-being.

Following the first session held in July, this second part continues the work on the workshop tools to learn to set boundaries, express personal needs, and strengthen confidence and self-love. The approach is practical and experiential.

The workshop is aimed at individuals aged 18 and over. The price is 10 euros for members of High Hopes Cultural Laboratory and 13 euros for the general public. There are still available spots.

High Hopes Cultural Laboratory has also introduced High Hopes Combos, a musical activity for those who want to learn to play an instrument and form a band, as well as for groups that already have a band and want to start recording their own songs. The proposal is open to all ages and levels, and the activity days are yet to be confirmed.
