The Community of Madrid is expanding its Mobile Citizen Service Office to all municipalities with fewer than 20,000 inhabitants. Navarredonda will receive the service on August 21 and San Mamés on August 7, both from 16:30 to 17:30 hours.
Residents of Navarredonda and San Mamés will be able to carry out administrative procedures with the regional government without leaving their municipality, thanks to the expansion of the Mobile Citizen Service Office. The Community of Madrid has extended this service to all towns with fewer than 20,000 inhabitants, aiming to bring administration closer to citizens and avoid travel.
The mobile office will offer information and guidance, document registration, assistance in completing applications and forms, help with procedures with the Community of Madrid, and collection of suggestions, complaints, and thanks. Additionally, those over 18 who have a Health Card will be able to process the Virtual Health Card.
The service will arrive in San Mamés on August 7, from 16:30 to 17:30 hours, and in Navarredonda on August 21, at the same time. Both small municipalities benefit from in-person attention without the need to travel to other locations.
